Advanced Radiology Partners, Advanced Radiology Consultants, and Advanced Radiology MRI Centers will only accept the below Letter of Protection (LOP)

              Advanced Radiology Letter of Protection

Advanced Radiology will only accept EITHER insurance (Health or MedPay) OR a Letter of Protection.

Patients who elect to utilize health and/or other insurance will receive the agreed-upon contracted/discounted rate with the carrier. No further discounts will be provided.

A Letter of Protection will not be accepted after the examination/procedure is performed.

Q: Where do I send a Letter of Protection?

               A.     Signed LOPs should be emailed to WCLOP@Adrad.com

Q: Where do I send requests for Medical Records (Reports and/or Images)?

               A.     Medical Records requests should be emailed to Medical.Records@Adrad.com

Q: How will I receive the Medical Records I requested?

               A.     Reports will be faxed to the fax number provided on the request. If a 3rd party retrieval company with a secure portal is used, reports will be uploaded to the secure portal website provided.

               A.     Images will be emailed through a secure Ambra link. The provided Ambra link allows users to view images in a DICOM format (utilized by radiologists), download them to a CD, USB, or share them if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Attorney imaging requests include a $50 fee for the first 3 exams and $10 for each additional study requested. Invoices will be faxed to the fax number on the request. Images will be sent once payment is received.

Q: Where do I send Billing statement/information requests?

               A.     Billing requests are processed through a secure online portal Chartswap. Our billing vendor will receive notice of the request and process.
